30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- With original tags and packaging
- Free from stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Important: Returns must not be sent to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. As part of our fulfillment model, items may be shipped from different warehouses, and the correct return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address and packaging requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for approved returns are covered by us or our fulfillment partners. Customers are not required to pay return shipping fees for approved eligible returns.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Some orders may be shipped directly by our suppliers or logistics partners. We remain fully responsible for customer support, order assistance, and issue resolution.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@vyronix.ltd with your order number and clear photos.
We will review your request and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement item
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, sports bras, or items worn directly on the skin may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. After this time, cancellation may not be possible due to rapid order processing through our fulfillment network.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
